It is my birthday today, July 13th! I was born on Friday the 13th, so the number 13 is my lucky number!
I had to share with you a picture of me celebrating my first birthday in Lake Elmo, Minnesota on a hot, summer day.

Happy Birthday! I'm not a 13th bday, but Friday the 13ths are by far my fav days! :) I wish I remembered the name of my fav toy but it was essentially a plastic grid (very similar to plastic canvas) and it came with hundreds of plastic pieces that fit into the grid. They were different colors and shapes (1 sq, 2-4 sq in a line, 4 in a square, etc.) and the design booklet that came with it was for the Muppets. It was great to be able to "paint" the Muppets in this way!

My favorite toy was a little pink rag doll I used to call baby doll. I lost her during a family camping trip and cried for weeks. I got baby doll #2 who is yellow and very loved, but... just never was the same. :)

I've been doing paper crafts all my life. My mom told me she had to hide the trash can from me because I'd create "art" out of it. I'm 21 so I guess 21 years. ;-)

I remember a purple stuffed turtle with a key hole under its belly; I loved that! and of course my little pony anything!
